Lead and motivate a team of recruiting counsellors and admission officers in Head-quarter and regional offices
Recruit high quality students to QTS Australia courses
Collaborative with marketing team, academic team to optimise recruitment performance, organize appropriate events and reach the targeted monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI
Develop and plan the strategy and maintain the agency network to optimise recruitment performance and reach the targeted KPI
Liaise with local and international government authorities, other stakeholders, and allies to optimise recruitment performance and reach the targeted KPI
Create and maintain excellent stakeholder internal and external institutional relationships that will help drive and support sustainable growth
Raise brand awareness and direct customer preference across a range of countries and regions Manage and develop staff to ensure they are adequately skilled and motivated to deliver a high -level service
Ensuring data, customer contacts ad information is stored in a logical, accurate copyright protection, privacy respect within QTS’ CRM and technical system
Might require travel in country and oversea

Strong interpersonal and self-awareness skills, communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience in key customer communications
Analytical skillsSales management and experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs and/or similar technologies for business development Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, gain confidence and maintain rapport with staff at all levels and a personal commitment to work within a strongly service focused environment
Ability to adapt to, and to be a catalyst for change; and a capacity to work in a complex and fluid organisational environment
Ability to work under sustained pressure and to tight timelines

Range Gross AUD $1,500 -2,000 monthly Eligible for negotiation upon interviewing
